TEENAGE GIRLS I NEED SOME ADVICE ON WHAT TO DO?

Okay, let me start off by saying im in the 8th grade. There's this girl girl I like that's in the 9th grade. We're both in the band (I play the bass drum and she's a majorette). We're pretty good friends, we usually sit on the bus together and talk a lot. Her dad is the principle but that's definitely not a reason not to date someone. Um, well one day we were taking turns asking questions to each other and she asked who I liked and I ended up telling her I liked her. She said she probably would date me, but she likes another guy. What should I do now? I still talk to her and stuff but I still like her. Please, this would be helpful if you were a girl around my age. Please no stupid and mean responses.

oh yah i forgot to mention, my dad and her dad have been friends for a while and most of my friends think her dad is really strict which is true but he already knows me

she likes HIM not you..sorry...cuz even if she liked him, if she really liked you..she would go out with you..no matter the other feelings. just leave it at her liking him..cuz if you go out with her, she'll end up prob. still liking him (even if she says she doesnt). and you'll end up getting even more hurt..so maybe you should even stop talking to her too..idk. so just TRUST ME..i know how it is..

I don't know if you'll be going out with her anytime soon, but stay close to her and continue talking to her. If things don't work out with Rocky, move in.





Also, this will probably sound a bit mean, but it sounds to me likes she's out of your league. She's a year older and a majorette. And you play the bass drum. That's not a very cool instrument in case you didn't know. But, if she says she was interested and might be again in the future, props to you. You must have some pretty good game.

It sounds like she might like you a little, and because you guys are such good friends, you're probably a good match. But, it also sounds like at the moment she has a crush on this other guy. Not much you can do. She'll eventually get over that, and then you need to just kind of be there for her as a friend. Then when this other guy thing blows over, maybe you should talk to her again about how you like her.
I say keep talking to her and be her friend still, maybe let this thing slide because it sounds like it's really confusing on her as well. Maybe invite her over to a party with friends, or to the movies with the crew...that'll be fun and give more things to talk about. If the Rocky thing comes up again, you'll cross that bridge when you get there. For now I say give it some air and see what happens.

first of all this girl is a ***** for leading you on and basically saying she liked you and then all of the sudden she likes this dude rocky..she clearly likes you and just wants you to chase her...just to see if you are really interested in her. i say keep chasing her. find out if this rocky kid is actual real because she probably made him up. good luck
