Advice much needed please! Teenage issue!?

I have been sitting my Highers( A Levels) for about 3 weeks now, and the stress is really gettting to me. Not only do I feel that I am locked up in my house studying and I havnt seen my friends for ages, but also I am extremely scared on how my exam reuslts will turn out. On top of all this, I am going on holiday in a month and have been working alot to pay it off. So, i have been extremely depressed lately and I cant seem to snap out of it. I try to be optimisitc about things, but my results really worry me. There is alot of pressure from my family to do really well, and I dont think I will live up to their expectations. Also, I really miss my friends and going out and socialising, etc, but I really don't have the time!

I often find it hard to sleep as all my worries run through my head.

Please help!Any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated!Advice much needed please! Teenage issue!?
You are taking on far too much kiddo....yes your exams are important but you cannot allow yourself to get run into the ground. your family should not be putting you under so much pressure. Set yourself so much time a night, so many days a week to study, do not spend every hour of the day doing it. You know your brain can only take so much and after so long it will absorb no more info so you are only wasting your time. No matter what your results are you will have tried your best and that is the main thing chick! This upcoming holiday is def what you need. xxAdvice much needed please! Teenage issue!?
However much studying you have to do you must take time out for relaxation, and go out of the house for a change of scene. You will actually perform better in the exam if your mind is relaxed. Having some exercise out in the fresh air will also help you to sleep.

Best of luck with the exams.
recognize that you don't have to do perfectly for your family to accept you. also, remember that you will do better on the tests if you get out and socialize a little as a break from studying. just keep in mind how relieved you will be when its over and how much fun you're going to have.
The best thing to do would be to try and stop worrying about your exams. If you think you are prepared, you will be. Take a day off from work and hang out with some friends. One day won't kill you. Take a nap, listen to some music, do something calming. Relax, everything is okay.
what i will do if that i will not get my self work up i will think what is more importen then geting yourself work up.
dear teen,

seems like you've put in a lot of efforts in studying for your exams. so don't stress. i would suggest you pray and leave it to God. He alone can crown your efforts with success.you've done what you can do , now let God do what you cant do.

as for your friends just keep reminding yourself of how far you've come and the remaining part of the journey is not much left. so hang in there and pray for strenght when you feel weak or burdened but please do not stress as stress causes fear and you cant do well when you are afraid

hope this helps

all the best.
